Orange and some red object in some formation, quickly disappearing into the atmosphere
I was driving south west on Plains road in Augusta NJ heading toward rt 206N, and looking toward my left I had suddenly saw orange objects in the sky.
As I continuing driving to rt 206, I had pulled over onto rt 206 and others cars where looking toward the south also.
This happened Friday evening December 30, 2011 about 7:20pm.
These orange objects in the sky about 3000 ft high, some brighter than others, coming from the south east,off the horizon. The size that I can compare it to would be like small private plane. One object would be always brighter, that would take the lead or follow behind the others in a group of six or more, other orange objects would be flying be themselves, a few would look red. These objects would be very visible and than suddenly disappear into the atmosphere.
They were coming out of the south east and it probably lasted about 20 minutes and their where about seventy five of them.
Where I had seen this is on a rural county road. The area is rural, farmland and mountains. I was driving in my Dodge neon and than I pulled over with others and step out of my car and watch these objects that I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.
