Lights in the sky SE of Moore - hovering and moving around.
Lights seen SE of town. Red, yellow, bluish and white in color. Flew up from horizon, then hovered and moved around at same altitude before dissappearing from sight. Groups of 3 or more in triangular shapes. Wind blowing from the north, so it is not possible they were fireworks/flares because they moved in multiple directions against the wind. Also there was zero sound.
