Blue orb, descended thousands of feet, Fargo
Driving home from Fargo to Valley city, when a large blue orb flying faster than anything we've seen before descended thousands of feet straight down until it was about a couple of hundred feet off of the ground and when it reached its lowest point it sped off west like a flash of light.
