Witnessed a circular craft fly over St. Louis on a heading of approximately 340* north northwest.
It appeared to be quite small, it left no trail, and it flew in a straight line.
There was no sound and it flew just below the clouds with no lights and looked black in color.
The wind and the clouds were moving east at approximately a 90* heading.
