After a reported sighting earlier in the day over Northwest Arkansas, two other witnesses and I noticed an ambient white flashing light appearing in a forested area in the distance behind my friends house.
The flashing of the light was like that of a strobe light. The brightness of the light changed after about 30 minutes, from dim to bright.
