Triangular Craft, White Lights, Champion, Ohio

I turned onto Carroll St. NW in Champion off of State Rd. heading east. I came around the bend onward to our destination. Right above the tree line were three bright lights in a triangular shape. I asked myself aloud "What is that? What is that?!" My daughter, who was in the front passenger seat said, "I was just going to say that!" I told her I didn't know.

I continued on the side road around the second bend; it remained hovering in place to my right , no more than 2 to 3 blocks over from where we were. There was no sound. I slowed the car down. I told my daughter to get out the phone to take a picture but she said "No, this is freaking me out!" I stopped the car and switched gears to reverse. At this time the three lights faded into six small bright lights, still in the same triangular shape and it headed north very slowly among the treeline.

I dropped my daughter off at her friend's house (she ran in and yelling me she would call me in a bit). I could still vaguely see the lights as I backed out of the driveway, among the trees. I headed back down Carroll St. to Old State Rd. towards St Rt. 45 in Champion. I continued on until I reached St. Rt. 305 before heading home. There was nothing in the sky that even remotely looked like this. This was between 5:50pm and 6:00pm.

I have called and reported this to the Champion Police department, and was told that they would pass this information on to their officers.
