It was aroung 8:00pm, today 11/15/11, north miami beach, florida ,miami-dade county.It was circular and it was rotating on the same spot by trees near a rail-road track very high up yet all you could see was it's rotation and from side to side yet not moving foward or backwards but rotating slowing over these trees.
My mother and I were coming home on byscaynes red light, and she tends to look up and says " do you see that" as soon as she points it out and I look It was there and we didn't think we saw the right thing at first , we even pointed the possibility of just being a big air ballon but we dont have does here and specially not in that section .It had bright white light and on the sides it was a red light . I can say it was rotating because , of it's movement it was not like a plane that you see it moving foward or backward it was on it's position and the only thing that could make it move is obviously rotation.
