15-20 orange/red orbs floating above horizon
While traveling northbound on 209 approximately 15 to 20 orange/red orbs were in a rough formation in the sky. Didn't appear to be moving or traveling quickly. They were spread out for approximately 1/4 of a mile above the horizon. 3 helicopters or airplanes were seen coming from the East several miles out possibly following or approaching.
