Orb flashing red, blue, green seen over annapolis, MD
On 11/06/2011 at 23:40 I heard a strange noise that caught my attention from outside. It sounded like a vuvuzela. I don’t think the sound came from the craft but it made me look outside (it was a very clear night no clouds in the sky). When I looked outside I noticed something above the horizon just a small ball of light maybe a couple miles away. It was blinking different colors changing from red to blue to green sometimes it stayed a solid white light.
At first I thought it was an airplane, but I noticed it wasn’t moving. I watched the craft for 15 minutes and I got up so I could write down what I saw. I was not exactly sure what I was looking at. When I returned and looked back out of my window the object was gone. I was certain at that point that I just witnessed a U.F.O. and needed to report it immediately.
