Saw 3 bright lights, 1 was much bigger and brighter then 2 of them. they were hovering, and close to ground.
Driving along the road, me and the passanger noticed 3 lights in the sky. One was very large compared to stars and airplanes... it was hard to tell what the shape was but I would say it was round.
The lights were all very close to the ground, from where we were they were very far and seemed a little too close to the land. Mainly because there were airplanes flying a lot farther up from the lights. And were barely visible.
The bigger light was flashing, and when I took a picture of it, it turned out very orange, couldn't tell if there was any color because of the brightness.
We drove somewhere close to the water, enough to see the bay bridge and the light. By time we got there the two that that were below the bright light disappeared.
And then there was just a bright light just hovering and making no movement. Pretty amazing, never seen anything like it before.
