11/3/11 New York City NY circle Hours white and touch of red a few people saw it.
I live in New York City upper eastside.
Every night around 7:30 pm if you look up in the sky at the east river and 83rd street and 84th street, what appears to look like a star is not. With the binoculars you can see what looks like a padded white wheel with a touch of red moving.
It moves the same pattern every night toward 80th street and first avenue.
It seems it studies what people are doing in their apartments. I use to see it around 5 am in the morning when people were sleeping. Now it is when they are home after work.
