Nightly sightings of bright light and two saucers over Katy Texas

There is a very bright light that comes up about 8:30. It is very bright. I thought it was a satelite or something but it comes up every night. About 9:30 when you look up at the sky to the left, you can see blinking lights. Sometimes they look red. When you look straight out over the garage to the right, you see a second one doing the same thing. It is much further out though but still you can see it. Over the course of 3 hours until after midnight the 'bright' satelite looking light moves up and by midnight, it is directly above my back door. As that light moves up, the light on the left moves up and comes closer so you can see that it. The one up in the right side you can see it but not as profoundly as the left side. Last night I was able to see that it looked like a saucer, it has lights around it so you can see the shape. It seems to be spinning and moving side to side but it stays in only these areas. In other words, it does the absolutely same thing each evening. I have been watching this now for two weeks. I can see that is is a saucer with lights. Last night an airplace flew across the sky and went over it. The 'saucer' dimmed its lights to almost zero. After the aircraft move away, the lights came back up. There are two crafts here. There is no doubt. My mother, and neighbor have both been here and seen it. I do not understand why this is not being investigated by our government. There is absolutely something over Katy Texas. It comes back each evening and does the same thing. As the bright star moves up, these two saucers come in closer. Last night I could literally see the shape and lights. My neighbor has taken photos of it and there are hieroglaplics that look like a #3. This may be our technology. I suspect it could be because it seems to do the same and stay on the same track every single evening.
