On my usual walk up the mountain heading and facing east, an object light appeared in front of me suddenly in the area above the Sangre De Cristo Mountains in the San Luis Valley area approximately 45 degrees (about 10 degrees above the mountain peak)from where I was standing on a path in the woods. I could estimate the distance to be 3-4 miles in the air, it was quite bright and moved slowly away from me in an easterly direction (away from me). It was the brightest object I have ever seen in the sky (about 5 times more bright than Jupiter is now). I felt as if I was being told (although I don't know how) that the object was leaving and not coming back. I can not make sense of this message, however, I felt as if it was a download of some kind. I may understand it's meaning later but I can estimate that this "quit" message came to me as it moved more eastward (maybe after 60 seconds or so after I saw the object). The sighting lasted about 2 minutes.
