Orange ball of light follows car, disappears behind us
My husband and I were driving home through Reistville tonight through a very rural area. There was mostly farmland around us. My husband was driving and I was writing an email on my cell phone, which was on my lap. I saw a very bright orange glow out of the corner of my left eye and looked over toward my husband just in time to see what appeared to be a large and very bright ball of orange light fly away from the car, going in the direction behind us. My husband was a little flustered, trying to figure out what it was - he said it was a ball of orange light, too, and that it had stayed with us for a few seconds as we drove. As my husband was saying this, I happened to glance in his side mirror and saw a very large orange ball flying off into the sky in the distance at an incredible rate of speed and disappear just above the hills (it was at the very end of sunset.) From the time I spotted the light until I saw it disappear in the mirror was maybe 15-20 seconds, tops. We briefly considered pulling over to search the sky but didn't have the nerve. I saw a "UFO" in 1998 and that experience was totally different. This happened so fast and was so bizarre I wasn't even sure what to call it.
