It was a windy, sunshiny day, wisps of clouds, all sizes. I had been to Costco in Maplewood, MN.
Leaving Highway 61, I was on the ramp approaching 694 West.
In an instant a small bright silver disk dropped out of the cloud. It vanished in an instant.
The sun had reflected brightly, as if it had a mirror like finish. I did not see it move upward into the cloud.
It just disappeared as soon as it dropped from the cloud.
This is unlike the craft I saw at night in 2009.
