oval shape unlike anything I have seen before emitting bright lights
My husband saw a very bright almost triangular shape in sky travelling eastwards from the direction of Manchester. I ran upstairs to view it more clearly as it had disappeared between the rooftops of neighbouring houses. Upstairs the appearance was a distinct oval shape with bright lights around the outer edge. I ran downstairs and outside to get a better view but it had disappeared even though the view was unobstructed. I searched the sky but despite it being a cloudless sky I saw no further evidence of the object. I have never seen anything quite like it and have been amazed since seeing it. It was most definitely not a plane or helicopter as it was too large.
