Pulsating orb in sky as power outage occurs...neighborhood witnesses.
neighborhood familys.... awakened by crackling noise...loud boom of transformer outage. My home was completely dark walked outside to see if others had power failure. IMMEDIATELY NOTICED in the North Eastern sky what appeared to be a very larged pulsating "star" with rays eminating from it . Their seemed to be a connection to the outage because when the lights completely dimmed it shrank in size and began to hover..moving back and forth then becoming stationary. This is when I confirmed with others in their yard that they too were witnessing this. One person thought that it was a satellite falling . The movements were very unnatural compared to a commercial plane that was also sited at a distance on the Northeastern Horizon. The altitude was questionable...it seemed too close to be a star.... hence UFO... With whats going on in the World today if an alien did appear the de-sensitized zombies that we have become ...such as we did last night ... we would jus! t go back to bed.No report was filed ....no need for the media or the powers that be to wreak havoc on the workers lives... Consider the small neighborhood a dispassionate witness.
