Purple Light, Brightness changing
Looking East, Purple light moving all over eastern sky, got brighter and dimmed many times. Was near moon from our vantage point, moon was pretty high in the sky at the time. Object dipped down out of our view due to trees in our area. In and out of sight for approx. 2 mins.
[Same object {?} 2 mins after initial sighting but this time going left to right, viewed through trees near us, object at a distance, now flickering red/orange]
