Blue /red UFO over East Chula Vista -during power outage
a craft w/ rows of blue & red lights swirling in circle,then diving, coming up swirling. no sound from this craft. This happened over east chula vista, dark at 9:30 pm we were out side as the power was out over the entire county to Yuma Az. A little strange as all air traffic was shut down due to power outage.
