bright white cylinder/cigar shape with a void between two equal halves
At exactly 8pm Saturday August 13th. We witnessed am object traveling from the SW towards the NE. Its was very bright white possibly silver cylindrical shape with a void between two equal halves. It made no noise,no jet trail or emissions or appendages. It was a partly cloudy day and it appeared to be at cloud top level. It went directly over our heads.
