Witnessed four bright lights that were in standing formation, changing in brightness.
Observed 4 lights in the Eastern horizon at first.
Watched for about 30 minutes then 3 to 4 more lights appeared.
They kept getting brighter then dimming then began to move directions, evenrually disappearing one by one after an hour.
