One UFO with 2 lights and swirl of light below seen moving across the sky over Denver
My wife and I were up tending to our 2 year old baby. I was getting ready to go back to bed and looked out our window that faces north and looks out over all of Denver. I noticed a thin layer of clouds covering the city and also noticed the stars were very clear.
Then I saw 2 bright lights moving from west to east. At first I thought they were stars, then I thought an aircraft, then I realized they were neither. The lights moved together so we believe this was just one craft. It was probably traveling at around 120 knots or so.
One light was slightly lower than the other. There was also a very odd swirl of light that came down from the other 2 lights and faded out towards the earth.
I would normally think this was a contrail or similar but the swirl of light curved ahead of the UFO, not behind it as a wake or contrail would.
We watched for 15 minutes or so until the lights were out of sight.
