bright circle light movin in sky.
i was walking into my apartment building when i happen to look up in the sky. i saw an oval/circular ball of light that kept moving back and forth across sky for about ten minutes. it didnt take the same path each time and it changed speeds. i went up stairs to get a close Look and possibly get k video. my phone would not take a video it was pitch black. so i took two photos. i went in the house and about ten minutes later went back out side. the object was no longer there.
