I was standing on my roof around midnight and saw a flying object no more than 3000 Ft in altitude travelling south silently and at a high rate of speed. It seemed to leave a wispy, narrow trail in its wake, but the trail wasn't a jet contrail. Craft was not illuminated and had no flashing lights.
