red lighted, silent, bowl shaped craft seen floating near college in wisconsin
One bowl shaped object seen a couple hundered feet in the air flying west to east down Division Street in City just west of the college. Bottom of craft had a bright red light moving in a circle under it. Made no sound. Crafts lights turned off and shape of craft still could be seen floating down above the street.
