9-12 white lights glide from north to south across morningside sky
On the evening of September 29, 2010 around 11:00 pm, I witnessed a set of around 9-12 lights in a y pattern flying low to the ground. These lights were possibly 1000 – 2000 feet above the ground and moved slowly from north to south across the eastern edge of Morningside in Sioux City.
The lights were low in intensity, were white, and did not blink. I could not see the shape of the object, only the pattern of lights. The object made no sound and seemed to glide through the air. I only saw the object for about 8 seconds before the trees obscured my view.
