2010-09-28 - Knifley, KY - Light

As I was letting my dogs outside for the last time before going to bed, I looked up and saw a pulsing, strobe-like light in the sky. The object seemed to twinkle with red, green and white light. As I continued to watch I noticed there were three of them, in a loose triangle formation. The two which made the “bottom” of the triangle formation were nearer the tree line a moved out of sight within a few minutes. I called my sister who lives close by, and asked that she go outside and look at it. She saw the same thing and said it might be a helicopter. I said it wasn’t because it wasn’t moving or making a sound. Then she said “If they come to get you, give me a heads up I might want to go too!” It wasn’t a helicopter. The object just hung there in the night sky flashing red, green, and white lights. I have seen this before in the same spot, looking out the back door. I also noticed the same phenomenon driving home from my neighboring sister’s house late maybe a week prior to this. There is never a sound, but the dogs always go crazy barking once they get out.
