2010-09-01 - Pine Lake Leisure Center, AB - Fireball

small fireball sseen in pine lake, alberta

i was out flying my rc plane tonight,with alot of led light's on and i seen a redish orange small fireball looking object in the sky. it came right over where i was flying and then another one came down out of the clouds and they seemed to fly by me slow like they were watching the plane. i was having a hard time flying so i landed and by that time another one came. it was clearly flying right over me and i seen when it went by that it flew straight for a bit and then took off up into the sky and was soon gone. i ran half way across the field as another one came from a different direction and seemed to slow down to almost a hover and it was just off to my side and stayed there. i got into the car and came back down into the campground,where i was flying was a field infront of the campground. i got back to the cabin we are in and i seen another one comming over by me again. i went into the cabin and got my girlfriend to come outside and she also seen how th! ey seemed to be comming right by me and then flying off. in total there was 6 or 7 and they seemed like little fireballs. i have a video of my gf video taping me flying tonight and she was at the cabin and she got 2 of them on video as they seem to come see the plane or me. i also have some pictures of them flying close to the cabin after i got back. i think they seen my plane and then came down to take a closer look. the first one i seen i thought it was a meteor but then it changed its direction and came right towards me. me and my girlfriend both seen it and we got video and a couple pictures of them.there was no sound from them at all..
