Orange lights crossing the sky in Alencon (Normandy) 08/22/2010.
About 1:30 or 1:45 AM, I was looking at the sky: a few clouds, very light, going in the wind sense : South to North, maybe 500 to 700 meters altitude. Almost Full moon.
I was on the terrace of my friend's appartment in center of Alençon city, Normandy.
Suddenly, 2 orange lights, flying parallel, just on top of clouds from North to South appeared (opposite of wind). Distant fom maybe 50 meters each (depends on altitude they were and from my position). They crossed the sky untill I couldn't see them due to roofs without any sound. Fixed lights, faster than a plane so way faster than a sattelite...
