Correction to the report submitted on this event. I called the FSS in Seattle and they told me the bottoms of those clouds where at thirty two hundred feet at that time. So the object could have been that high as it moved under them. However I did not see the clouds above the object. As bright as the object was if it had been close to the clouds it would have illuminated them. So therefore I believe the object was less than three thousand feet above ground level. Possibly as low as a thousand feet agl.
