ESE Quadrant of sky, approx. 70-80 degree angle from horizon. Very bright yellow with long tail. Broke into several (approx. 6) pieces after about 2 seconds and then dissipated in about a total of 5 seconds.
Driving South on Sprinkle Road, close to the intersection of Kilgore Road in Portage, MI at about 5:20 AM.
