Three, 3 to 4 second burts, 15 to 20 seconds apart, of pure white INTENSE light were observed from the South bound lane of Interstate 79 on 3/12/2010 at 3:22AM. The light source was in the North bound lane. Physical EVIDENCE exists to date(4/20/2010) in the form of blackened asphalt and grass on the embankment adjacent to the the highway. I will attempt to take photographs and soil samples of the blackened areas in the near future. My best non-UFO explanation is some sort of magnesium ammonium phosphate ignition for some unknown reason.
