Bright lights on craft over Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania
The craft hovered above the tree line while dimming and lighting up red, yellow, green and blue lights underneath it. At first I thought it was a tower that blinks on the mountain but there was no mountain behind it and it wasn't just flashing red.
