Cluster of bright lights
I was walking along Milnes Avenue with my dog. It would have been around 10pm though I can't be certain.
As I turned a corner I was immediately aware of a cluster of very bright white lights in the sky. I didn't count them but would guess there were around 6-8 in number. They were incredibly bright, definitely not Chinese lanterns as some might suggest. They didn't appear to be moving and I would estimate I stood and watched for about a minute or so before they gradually faded away.
I continued to walk on and kept looking towards the area of sky. I noticed that some of the lights had re-appeared during that time, but once again they gradually faded to nothing. I did not and still do not own a camera phone so had no means to capture the moment. I did find two very similar videos to my sighting on youtube; one in Milwaukee USA, and one in Minsk, Belarus, though it seems they have long since been removed.
