Red, Blue , Green , and White Lights Moving Slowly and Quietly on Horizon then quickly changed direction.
A medium sized craft with red, blue, green, and white lights moving slowly and quietly across the horizon just above the tree tops and then changed direction 180 degrees and went back in the direction it came from. The direction change was too sudden and quick to have been a plane.
