Large round ball of "fire" over Ben Hur, VA Summer of 2009
I’m actually not 100% positive of the exact time or date. It was around Mid July 2010, between 10 and 11 pm. I wish I had of reported it then or had a camcorder with me. What I saw was a huge ball of orange light, almost like it was on fire! It was moving from North to South, and at the time I assumed it was a meteorite! However; I looked for stories of it hitting Earth, but never seen any. With the size of this thing, it would have had to been seen or felt somewhere if it indeed hit Earth. So it was something else for sure! Over this same summer, I also saw “Star” like lights in the sky that moved quickly from one place to another. (There were three of them) They were located between this location (Ben Hur, VA) and Harlan Kentucky.
