Bright light moving slow at night!
On or about the 13th of march, my mom called me into the kitchen to look out the window,as she saw a bright light hovering about 300 yards off the ground, and about a 1/2 mile away.After I saw what she was looking at, I called the people next door, and the father and daughter came over to see the light.The light kept changing color from blue to red. My neighbers couldnt explaine what we were looking at either. After about an hour or so,The light moved slow tords the right.I then called the Portland Police,Two police officers showed up,they couldnt come to an answer for what we were looking at either.My neighber stayed and watched the light until it was out of sight.It was not a sattllight, or a star,cause the lights were brighter and moved slowley away.My mom doesnt beleave in UFOs but she does now!!
