I heard this loud sound of a screaming aircraft very low above my apartment so i opened my shades and looked outside the window. I saw a square/diamond shaped aircraft with lights on each of the corners and one red light in the middle flashing. It came from the right going to the left, then swerved right to left and i lost sight of it when it went behind neighbors apartment complex. It is cloudy outside and windy.
