We were on top of wellington hill, with a monument on top. After being there for a few minuites, there was a strange humming sound coming from above, at first we thought it was something to do with the monemument, but then away from it, to the left (south) there appeared four pulsing multicoulored lights like beacons, coming from the sky, they swirled around each other. they stayed for about 10 mins.
