Sighted an unusually bright light off of my balcony low on the horizon. At first I thought it could be a star but it was simply too bright a light. It did not move and there was no sound and the next night it wasn't in the sky. I took a quick photograph in order to zoom in and get a better idea of what it was. I've sent along the image in the email you provide.
