Simply noticed a green circular light 2,000 ft in the sky stationary over some houses a quarter of a mile away. Simply looked like a bubble of green light. After 3 minutes the green light stopped, revealing a small dark rectangular object. Doubt it was a helicopter as it seemed too small.
