Flashing triangular lights over North Minneapolis New Year's Eve 12/31/08
Seen hovering over Mary's Place Shelter for approximately 15 min. Triangular shape with red light on top middle section with lights on each side ad flashing bluish light at approximately 30 degrees from the center. Gradually shifted and turned then faded as if moving up.
Cloudy cover hindered clear sighting but witnesses observed shifting and fading of phenomenon.
