Bouncing Lights in the sky
My wife was at work with me guarding a golf course for Halloween at approximately 11:30 PM she pointed out to me what i thought was an helicopter in hover mode, The brightness of the lights where brighter than stars and looked like a bunch of white strobe lights flashing very rapidly SIMILAR to an airplane i was about to discount what i was seeing and then it started like "bouncing" it was moving up and down and in circular motions covering distances in short periods of time not possible from aircraft that we know exist today.
