Bright Round Light, in the Puerto Rican sky.
10/16/08-20:30. my girlfriend and i were on top of a mountain in Las Piedras,Puerto Rico.mountain has 1 road that leads to the top.from the top of the mountain you can see the Atlantic ocean & Vieques Island during the day.at 20:30 we were looking at the stars (it was a clear night),when all of sudden a bright round white light,droped from the clouds, stoped and streaked Left into another bank of clouds. that wasn't no shooting star.
