A bright orange light in the southwestern sky. The light appeared near the horizon, descend slowly for 4 to 5 minutes. Then a second light would appear higher in the sky, and the first would fade out. There was a visable smoke trail. There was an aircraft (two white lights, with a red light between)circleing the area.
