I observed an object with flasing lights high in the sky, moving very quickly and sort of "jumping" around.
At about 11:00 pm on July 31st my wife and I were sitting outside when I observed a large flashing object high in the sky, to the northeast moving towards the western sky . This object moved very fast and shot up and then down before vanishing altogether, this lasted about 10 seconds.
