Bright White Light at around 30,000 Ft, moving much faster than the commercial aircraft normally in this area. Totally silent. Moved about 20 miles travelling SE. Light went dim and the object moved straight up. It was absolutely NOT a conventential aircraft. Silent, bright (no green/red) and too fast.
