sensation felt, as if being scanned, with a low pulsating hum heard
On the fifteenth of April 2008, myself and a hiking friend decided to hike the area in and around Lunar Crater National Natural Landmark, NV. We camped that night in a remote, isloated area south of the crater (38-22.281N, 116-01.821W).
The evening was brisk and uneventful, after a short recon hike and a light supper we retired. Around 0230 I felt an unnerving sensation that awakened me. I felt this pass thru the camper, and myself, as if I were being scanned, accompanying this was a low pulsating sound, a hum that increased and decreased as it passed by and thru., As this was happening, I awoke my friend who experienced likewise this event. Alarmed and cautious, we did not venture out, thinking it might return. The next morning nothing appeared different, except we both became very irritated, and quit talking, we followed a set of way points to Highway 375, we stopped at Rachel, but were unable to enjoy what is usually a fun stop. It took several days for the gloom to lift. After dicussing this event, we both feel as though a shift in our consciousness occurred.
I'm sorry for the belated report, it seemed very surreal, but for this to have happened and for two people to suddenly be at odds, when they usually get along very well seems uncharacteristic at the very least. Also please note the time frames are open I'm not sure how long this event took place--but I am sure it happened.
I'm about to return to the Death valley area and perhaps NV, maybe It'll happen again, who can say. One thig is certain I most always see stange lights in the skies around area 51.
