Saw bright orange lights that went on and off, and also seemed to split into more lights.
We saw 8 lights up in the western sky in a formation. The lights seemed to split into two lights, then went off. After the bright lights went off, there was what seemed to be sparkling in the sky. When we could see the lights, they went back and forth
