me and my neighbor was out blowing the leaves off the yard when i spotted what looked like a balloon caught in a jet stream displaying rotation but as we watched it was moving in a stright line and a good rate of speed. it was flying low and quiet. it continued on a path the indicated the it was perpelled by something yet fliping like a balloon
